This day is for single men and women aged 30 to 50 in the North East of England. Through the workshop activities, breaks and lunch there are plenty of opportunities to mingle with other delegates, the focus on this day is to have a relaxed enjoyable time, meet other people, perhaps make some friends, and who knows after that!!!

This day is fantastic value for only £95 you get refreshments on arrival, mid morning and mid afternon refreshments, 3 course lunch and delegate materials.

There is no hard sales of coaching, it is a one-off coaching workshop with a focus on relationships.
