For £25 I am selling my silver coloured exercise ball and my set of metal MARCY dumbbells. They both come with their boxes and are in good condition. The weights have none missing and come in disc form with four of each of the following weights: one and a half pounds, two and three quarter pounds and five and a half pounds. Two weights for each dumbbell that can be mixed together to create more resistance. Pick up only as they are pretty heavy and postage would cost an extra £15 or so. I\\\\\\\'m in the Norfolk area.
