All O2 monthly contract signed-up or upgraded before 27th April 2007 can enjoy the benefit of using 0844 and 0870 numbers as part of their FREE inclusive monthly minutes. (check with them you may lose it if you upgrade)

Therefore, for existing O2 customers to continue to enjoy inclusive 0844 / 0870 calls, they must request this type of tariff that includes calls to 0844 / 0870 numbers when they are upgrading.
