Hello, I am the Chairman of the Friends and we are looking for new volunteers to help us with our projects in the General Hospital.

We have a busy shop in the main entrance and would really like 4 more helpers, mornings or afternoons, to serve behind the counter or fill shelves or both!

We have 2 trolleys that go round the wards early mornings with newspapers and early afternoons with chocs, toiletries and drinks. We would really welcome 4 new volunteers on the trolleys.

We have a vibrant new tea bar in Oncology where all the ladies are really committed to being the BEST refreshment area in the hospital. We really would welcome 2 volunteers on a wednesday afternoon and one on friday afternoon to complete the team.

In early September we will be opening a brand new state of the art refreshment area up on level F to serve the new Out-Patients Dept. New coffee machines and equipment in a lovely bright surrounding.
How can you resist? We really need new volunteers to cover all shifts here.
